We will have a welcome party at Wheatland Spring Farm + Brewery from 5:00pm - 8:00pm. We will have a food truck. Dress is casual - jeans, sweaters, t-shirts, sneakers, etc. Please be sure to RSVP for this event!

Please arrive to Sylvanside Farm at 4:00pm as the ceremony will start at 4:30pm. If you arrive after 4:30pm, you will have to park at the entrance and a golf cart will shuttle you to the ceremony. This is so your car does not disrupt/kick up dust during the ceremony. Your car will be moved after the ceremony.

Shuttles will be leaving from Home 2 Suites by Hilton in Leesburg at 3:30pm and from Aloft Dulles Airport North at 3:15pm.

Sylvanside Farm venue is a wedding venue and a real farm, so please be prepared to navigate uneven surfaces, gravel and grass. For your comfort, the venue recommends flats, wedges, or block heels, rather than stilettos for safety and comfort. Trust us, your feet will thank you!

Uber and Lyft are not yet prevalent in this area and are not reliable here in the evening.

Upon arriving to the venue, all parking will be in the parking field and the end of the gravel drive (see Sylvanside map). Please drive slowly and exercise caution to ensure your safety and that of other guests.

Sylvanside staff are happy to assist any guest with a golf cart to facilitate moving about the farm. Please don’t hesitate to request a ride or let them know of any mobility needs throughout the evening.

Sylvanside appreciates your support in keeping the lawns beautiful by protecting them from tires at all times.

The reception will be in the Poplar Barn and will last until 10:30pm when the shuttles will be leaving for Home2 Suites by Hilton Leesburg and Aloft Dulles Airport North
